The Hutmanka Residence is literally growing before our eyes. We’ve reached the level of the top floor and are continuing with the interior walls, which are beginning to give the future homes their distinct outlines. We’ve also begun construction on the adjacent building with the goal of completing both buildings at the same time, so that the new homes will be surrounded by the landscaped surroundings from the very beginning and residents won’t be disturbed by construction work.

The pouring of the foundation slab marked a significant step forward for Hutmanka Residence from paper plans to tangible reality. The building permit is now official and so heavy machinery will soon arrive in Prague’s Jinonice neighborhood, where construction will begin on the two villa houses of the Hutmanka residence, located in this popular residential area.
