The underground parking garages are complete, and the building is already rising above the surrounding terrain—currently up to the second above-ground floor. At the end of April and beginning of May, one of the key milestones of the entire project took place at the construction site. The pouring of the foundation slab marked a significant step forward for Hutmanka Residence from paper plans to tangible reality. On this solid foundation, something extraordinary will now begin to take shape—new homes, a new neighborhood, new stories.

The building permit is now official and so heavy machinery will soon arrive in Prague’s Jinonice neighborhood, where construction will begin on the two villa houses of the Hutmanka residence, located in this popular residential area.
