Winter didn't give up without a fight this year, but as soon as temperatures allowed, construction of Hutmanka Residence has returned to full speed. Groundwork is proceeding without unnecessary delays. After the winter hiatus, the construction site is bustling with activity once again, and the project is entering its next phase of implementation.

The building permit is now official and so heavy machinery will soon arrive in Prague’s Jinonice neighborhood, where construction will begin on the two villa houses of the Hutmanka residence, located in this popular residential area.
