There’s a lot of activity at the construction site of the Hutmanka Residence, and work there is progressing rapidly. Or rather, moving upward. The underground parking garages are complete, and the building is already rising above the surrounding terrain—currently up to the second above-ground floor. The project’s future form is thus coming nicely into view.

At the end of April and beginning of May, one of the key milestones of the entire project took place at the construction site. The pouring of the foundation slab marked a significant step forward for Hutmanka Residence from paper plans to tangible reality. On this solid foundation, something extraordinary will now begin to take shape—new homes, a new neighborhood, new stories.

Winter didn't give up without a fight this year, but as soon as temperatures allowed, construction of Hutmanka Residence has returned to full speed. Groundwork is proceeding without unnecessary delays. After the winter hiatus, the construction site is bustling with activity once again, and the project is entering its next phase of implementation.

The building permit is now official and so heavy machinery will soon arrive in Prague’s Jinonice neighborhood, where construction will begin on the two villa houses of the Hutmanka residence, located in this popular residential area.
